Are we safe from Covid-19 ?
At our hotel, hygiene and cleanliness are always prioritized. We emphasize the importance of good hand hygiene based on recommendations from local health authorities. Sri Lanka is one of those countries that controlled Covid-19 very effectively.
What are arrival and departure times ?
The room will be ready for you by 2 pm. If the room was not occupied the previous night you may use the room from 9 am onwards.
Guests are encouraged to leave by 12 noon. You can check with the from desk if you can stay after 12 noon. If we donโt have a booking you may stay several hours after 12 noon.
May I order meals from the hotel ?
We offer a complementary nutritious breakfast. You may order snacks, lunch and dinner from us. Please visit our menu at Reserve a Meal.
How far is the hotel from the beach?
The hotel is only 5 minute walk from the beach.
Can we rent surfing boards?
Please send an email, and we will have surfing boards ready for you.
What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel the booking without charge 24 hours prior to arrival.
Are there safety boxes in the rooms?
A safety box is available in each room.
Are there cooking facilities?
A full kitchen is available for guests on each floor of the hotel.
What payment methods are available?
We accept cash and credit cards. We also have a PayPal account.
Are their parking facilities?
We can provide parking facilities in the hotel and we also offer valet parking.
Do you have driver quarters?
We provide accommodation for drivers in an off site bungalow.
Do you allow pets?
We do not allow pets.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms and public areas. However, it is always nice outside in the garden where you may smoke.
Do you have long term rates?
We can negotiate with you a long term rate based on the duration.
